All services are subject to a separate service agreement between Dravnn and the client.

The Growth Infrastructure Breakdown™ is a complimentary diagnostic service. Submission of the application form does not guarantee acceptance or create a service agreement. Dravnn reserves the right to decline any application at our discretion.Information submitted through the Growth Infrastructure Breakdown™ form is used solely for the purpose of conducting the diagnostic analysis and communicating our findings.

Dravnn accesses the Google Ads API on behalf of authorized clients for the purpose of campaign management and performance analysis. All API usage complies with Google's API Terms of Service and Developer Policies. Client Google Ads accounts are accessed only when Dravnn has an active management relationship and explicit authorization from the account owner.

7/ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients engaging Dravnn services are responsible for: Providing accurate business information - Granting necessary account access for agreed services - Reviewing and approving campaign changes  before implementation - Maintaining accurate billing information with advertising platforms

8/ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dravnn provides services in good faith based on available information and industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Digital marketing performance is subject to market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and other factors outside our control.To the maximum extent permitted by law Dravnn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
